Early Years Practitioner Level 3 Qualified
Location – Crawley, RH10
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a very well established, clean and modern nursery located the heart of Crawley. The ideal candidate will provide high quality care and Early Years education in a safe and nurturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities in line with EYFS framework
- Observe and record children’s development
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support safeguarding and welfare requirements
- Work as part of a positive and supportive team and encouraging others
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children within a childcare or nursery setting.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Early years (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills in English to liaise confidently with children, parents, and team members.
- Organised with the ability to plan activities that promote learning through play.
- Good driving skills are desirable for transporting children or attending external events or meetings.
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential).

Working Hours
- Shifts between 07:30am – 18:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- All Year-round position
- No weekends
