Salary: £32,500 – £38,000 Per annum

Our client, a well-established and intimate nursery setting in the heart of London, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead a small team and continue their commitment to excellence in early years education and care.

Responsibilities
- Inspire, develop, and manage the team to deliver outstanding care and high-quality early years
education. - Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing
environment. - Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding and child protection
practices. - Drive recruitment, retention, and performance through supportive leadership and mentoring.
- Work closely with Regional and Finance teams to implement commercial strategies.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, local authorities, and the wider community.
- Embed inclusive practices, supporting children with SEND.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements through continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English.
- At least 3 years’ experience within a nursery setting.
- Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).
- Proven success leading teams to ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted outcomes
Salary
